• As a business customer how do I pay for my order?

Our online prices are for individual customers. We offer a reduced business price to other businesses. Those businesses that qualify for this include architects, electricians, interior designers, project specifiers, hotels, restaurants, breweries, property developers and other commercial users.

If you're a business to business customer please contact us to place an order, obtain a quotation or to discuss your individual requirements.

We will ask you to demonstrate that you are a genuine business customer by completing our business to business application form and sending us a copy of your company letterhead. To download a copy of our application form.

All orders must be paid for before they can be despatched.
We do not offer any credit facilities.

When you place your order we will raise a Proforma invoice, which we will email to you. We then ask you to accept the Proforma and indicate how you will be making payment. Credit or debit card details must be taken over the phone to secure the order, although payment will only be taken when the goods are despatched.

We're sorry, but we do not accept payment by cheque.

Payment by BACS can be arranged on an individual basis, although despatch could be delayed while clearing is obtained. Please contact us if you would prefer to pay by BACS.
