All deliveries from all-up-and-on are made using Interlink Express or Royal Mail.
It is at our sole discretion as to which service we use for your delivery. Our decision is based upon size, weight and the fragility of your order.

We only deliver to within the UK.

Interlink Express deliver before 3pm Monday - Friday, expect for Scotland where they deliver by 4pm. Some addresses are only available on a two day service. Please view the list of affected postcodes.
Royal Mail deliver as part of the normal UK postal service.

Delivery charges to addresses within mainland UK are a flat rate of £5.95 per order inc VAT.

To deliver to addresses outside of mainland UK Interlink Express make a surcharge for carrying goods across water or to remote rural areas. We do not make any profit on these surcharges, they are passed on as charged to us by Interlink Express.

Channel Islands - £15 + our standard delivery (total £20.95) *two day service
Isle of Wight PO30 - PO41 inclusive - £18 + our standard delivery (total £23.95) *next day service
Northern Ireland BT1 - BT94 - £15 + our standard delivery (total £20.95) *two day service
Scottish Islands - £15 + our standard delivery (total £20.95) *two day service

Interlink will make deliveries on a Saturday, although there is a surcharge for this.
Saturday delivery surcharge - £23.00 + our standard delivery (total £28.95)
To arrange a Saturday delivery please telephone us and we will be happy to organise this subject to stock being available.

If you require delivery to more than one address please place a separate order for each delivery address. A separate delivery charge will apply for each order.

Yes, we require a signature for all deliveries we send.

We recommend that delivery is made to an address where either you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for the goods. However, if this isn't possible then we can pass on some special instructions to our chosen delivery company when we book the delivery for the parcel to be left safely.

Example of special instructions:
Please try neighbour.
Please leave in porch/garage/in back garden.

Please be aware that if you do give us instructions for your parcel to be left without a signature you accept responsibility for missing, stolen or weather damaged items.

We're sorry, but due to our agreements with our suppliers we are only allowed to sell products to within the UK we therefore do not offer any of our products for International delivery.

If you are not home when a delivery is attempted, the delivery company may try a neighbour to sign for the goods on your behalf. If this is also not possible you will receive a card with instructions about arranging another time to deliver or you can arrange to collect the goods from your local depot.

If you require delivery on a specific day, please contact customer services and we will endeavour to honour your request as best we can.

There are some postcodes, usually in remote rural areas, where delivery may take 2 working days rather than our standard 1 working day for mainland UK. If this is the case we will let you know when we send you an email to confirm that your order has been despatched.
