Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

We’re happy to accept goods back providing they are in “as new” condition, with their original packaging intact and it's within 10 days from the time you received your order.
It’s your responsibility to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us. We recommend that you use a delivery method with adequate insurance in case the goods are damaged in transit or go missing.
Once we receive any items being returned, they are checked back into stock and, providing they are in “as new” condition, a full refund will be issued. All refunds are made by the same method as the original payment. You can read our full returns policy within our Terms and Conditions.
