all-up-and-on trade discount

all-up-and-on is a retailer, not a wholesaler. As such, an all-up-and-on trade discount account affords other businesses a 20% discount on our list prices. Prices on our website are inclusive of VAT.

The following terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the standard terms and conditions detailed on the all-up-and-on website. But where overlap on conditions occurs trade terms take priority as a business to business arrangement.

all-up-and-on reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website, see date below. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.

Current Terms & Conditions effective from 24th November 2008.

• Trade Discount accounts are only for companies that are industry related trading professionals such as interior designers, electricians and architects. Proof of this is required.


• Trade discount is 20%. If you become a regular buyer special terms can be negotiated.


• A delivery charge of £5.95 is applied to all trade orders.


• all-up-and-on reserves the right to refuse or cancel a trade discount application or account at any time.


• A trade account does not offer any credit facility against orders.
  All orders must be paid for in full before despatch. If paying by cheque despatch could be delayed while clearing is obtained.


• Discount does not apply to sale items, special offers or delivery charges.


• all-up-and-on reserves the right to alter discounting.


• all-up-and-on reserves the right to refuse returns on non-faulty items on any trade order. Refunds are only offered on pre-arranged sample goods.


• Returned items must be received in brand new condition, including packaging, or a restocking charge of 25% of the value of the product will be charged.


• This trade discount account only applies to all-lit-up products found on the all-up-and-on website within the separate department.


• All standard ACJ Retailing Terms and Conditions apply.

• Simple ordering either online or over the phone.


• Access to our team for great customer service in sourcing products for your clients.


• VAT invoice supplied direct to you for each purchase.


• Shipping direct to your customer.
