The following terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with the standard terms and conditions detailed on the all-up-and-on website. But where overlap on conditions occur trade terms take priority as a business to business arrangement.
all-up-and-on reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website, see date below. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.
Current Terms & Conditions effective from 14th January 2008.
- Trade Discount accounts are only for companies that are industry related trading professionals such as interior designers, electricians and architects. Proof of this is required.
- Trade discount is 15% on orders under £1000 and 20% for orders over and this is on a per order basis, if you become a regular buyer special terms can be negotiated.
- all-up-and-on reserves the right to refuse or cancel a trade discount application or account at any time.
- A trade account does not offer any credit facility against orders.
All orders must be paid for in full before despatch. If paying by cheque despatch could be delayed while clearing obtained.
- To open an account you must complete and not return an order worth more than £150 inc VAT, after which the min order will be removed form your account.
- Discount does not apply to sale items, special offers or delivery charges.
- all-up-and-on reserves the right to alter discounting.
- all-up-and-on reserves the right to refuse no faulty returns on orders of more than 5 of a single item.
- Returned items must be received in brand new conditions, including packaging or a restocking charge of 25% of the value of the product will be charged.
- This discount account only applies to all-lit-up products found on the all-up-and-on website within the separate department.
