If we are out of stock or run short to being able to complete your order it will be added to our regular order with the relevant supplier which usually gets to us within 1 week. From it arriving we will despatch it on our usual next day service.

While processing your order we will keep you informed of any stock shortages or delays. Please note during check out we only take an authorisation from your credit card for the total of your order, we do not complete the credit card transaction until your order is ready for despatch.

Wallpaper is made in batches and each roll made is assigned a unique batch number so that rolls can be matched together. This is important as colour variations can occur between batches. To eliminate colour matching issues you should only ever hang a wallpaper design with the same batch number.

Because of the unique nature of wallpaper this classes this product type as a "made to order" product.

"made to order" products fall outside the standard selling at distance act that allupandon abides by with all it's other product sales.

It is therefore necessary that you understand and agree that wallpaper rolls cannot be returned for refund once delivered, if faulty rolls we will exchanged.
